World Adolescent Robot Contest (WARC) is a grand festival for youths across the world to showcase their talent and skills in designing and building robots. By bringing these future engineers and technology experts together through engaging and collaborative competitions, WARC wishes to ignite a passion for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics among these young people, and inspire.

Since 2014, WARC has extended its reach from multiple countries, to more than 40 countries, with more than 400 teams participated every year. Under one competition, multiple world biggest youth robotics competition, such as Vex, MakeX, WRO come together, compete under the same roof.
The competition is by invitation only, and each regional youth robotics competition winner was usually selected to participate at this world stage.
This year, YCIC (Youth Coding Innovation Club) will host the 2021 MakeX Youth Robotics North American Open at Nov 2021, even before that, YCIC will select two teams at each level (Starter and Challenge), to participate the 2021 WARC, due to COVID19, WARC move it competition stage to online.
Each participated team will be required to submit three competition materials.
#1: Videos:
Two pieces of video data, each of video does not exceed 6 minutes in length. The first segment is a video for completing the task of the venue. The video should be continuous and complete, and the process of completing the task cannot be edited. It should also include the operation screen of the participating students, and can be equipped with an explanation of the strategy for completing the task. The second video is a display video of the team. It is required to show the teamwork of the team members and the robot design ideas and technical characteristics (the video picture is stable, the picture is clear, the color is natural, the sound quality is clear, and there is no noise), the video resolution is 640*480 pixels, and the file adopts the H.264 encoding is saved as an MP4 file, and the file size is limited to 200M or less.
#2: Photos
5–10 color photos of robots outside drawings, structures, and schematic diagrams. The image format should be JPG, PNG, etc.
#3: engineering notebook
The text description of engineering notebook and robot pictures, the file format is docx.
This competition is by invitation only, for MakeX competition team, please provide the team ID and team name, student name, coach name informations.
